Roth Hall is located at 1714  21st Street, Santa Monica 90404. It is one-half block So. of Olympic Blvd.  Because of the median strip on Olympic, you have to enter on Olympic going East.  You can easily do this at 20th Street, and then turn right on 21st (a very short block away!)

Another possibility is to exit the 10 Freeway (going west) at Cloverfield.  Turn right at the exit and then left at the first stoplight (Michigan Ave.)  Follow it around the curve for two blocks.  It becomes 21st Street and will put you right in front of Roth Hall.
