Home Courses My Schedule Research

My general area of interest is enumerative combinatorics. In particular, I am interested in various kinds of random walks and trees, generalized Catalan numbers and extending combinatorial techniques in the Riordan group.

PAPERS:

bullet Dissertation: "Random Walks, Trees and Extensions of Riordan Group Techniques," May 2002.
bullet The combinatorics of even trees. Proceedings of the Thirty-first Southeastern International Conference on Combinatorics, Graph Theory and Computing (Boca Raton, FL, 2000).
bullet (joint with Arthur Benjamin) Counting on determinants, Amer. Math. Monthly, 112 (2005), 481--492.
bullet ( with A. Nkwanta) On some (pseudo) involutions in the Riordan group, submitted.
