Troupe Ayizan
Troupe Ayizan is open to all students who wish to participate. Dance experience is not necessary. Some of our members have never danced before, while others have been studying dance all their lives. We focus on the traditional folkloric dances of Haiti. We perform at local schools, on the Occidental Campus, and elsewhere -- including Haiti. About every other year, troupe members travel to Haiti for two weeks of intensive study in Haitian dance and culture. To see what our last trip was like, click here.
